Confluence Surf is an assistive meter that counts how many listings agree with a claim. Read this before trusting any score.

Agreement is not proof

A high agreement score means a claim is widely repeated across Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo listings — not that it is true. Popular claims can be wrong, and lonely claims can be right. Always verify important claims with primary sources and qualified experts.

No professional advice

Nothing on Confluence Surf is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Scores about health, money, law, or safety are starting points for your own research — never a basis for treatment, investment, legal action, or safety decisions. Talk to a qualified professional.

Signals, not proof

The evidence panel shows automated source-authority signals: domain mix, study cues, and agree/disagree waves. These are rough heuristics from listing text, not endorsements of any source and not verification of any claim. Disagree feedback improves calibration over time but does not make scores authoritative.

Coverage limits

  • Only listings the engines return are counted; paywalled, offline, and unindexed sources are invisible.
  • Stance scoring reads snippets, not full articles, and can misread sarcasm, quotes, and nuance.
  • Listings change over time; the same claim can score differently next week.

Demo fixture mode

When live search keys are unavailable, the service falls back to fixture demo mode with sample listings. Demo scores illustrate the interface only and say nothing about the real world.

External content

Listings link to third-party publishers. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for external content. Follow the Terms of Service and use your own judgment.
