Terms of Service

Confluence Surf (confluence.surf), operated by Casey Zeke, shows how many live search listings from Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo agree with a claim. It is an assistive confluence meter — not an authority on truth. High agreement means widely repeated, not proven true.

• You need an account to surf beyond the free trial.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One free trial per browser; trials are enforced with a device cookie.
• Provide accurate account details so billing and refunds can be processed.

• Weekly plan: 15 surfs per week. Monthly and Yearly plans: 75 surfs per month.
• Unused surfs do not roll over to the next period.
• Rate limits apply; automated scraping or quota circumvention is not allowed.
• We may pause accounts that abuse the service or degrade it for others.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe: Weekly $3.99, Monthly $9.99, Yearly $49.99. Manage or cancel anytime from your account billing portal; access continues until the paid period ends.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, harass others, or submit unlawful content in claims or feedback.
• Scrape, bulk-query, resell, or redistribute results outside normal personal use.
• Circumvent quotas, rate limits, authentication, or free-trial device binding.
• Probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its providers.
• Present agreement scores as verified fact, professional advice, or an endorsement.

Search listings, titles, and snippets belong to their publishers and the engines that return them. The Confluence Surf interface, scoring, meters, and branding belong to the operator. Nothing here transfers ownership of third-party content to you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Agreement scores, stance labels, and source-authority signals are automated estimates, not proof — see the Disclaimer. Demo fixture mode may show sample data when live keys are unavailable.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on agreement scores. Direct liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. Canceled accounts are kept for billing history, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Terms may change as the service evolves; the updated date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
